By booking a consultation with Moonlit Consults, you agree to receive health services via telehealth (video or phone).

You acknowledge that telehealth may carry risks such as interruptions, unauthorized access, or miscommunication. We take all reasonable steps to mitigate these risks.

Telehealth is not suitable for emergencies. In an emergency, please call 000 or attend your nearest hospital.

Your telehealth appointment may involve discussing your health history, diagnosis, treatment options, prescriptions, and referrals.

You agree to provide accurate information and to participate in the consultation to the best of your ability.

All consultations are confidential and conducted in accordance with Australian medical standards.

Fees may apply for missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, as per our cancellation policy.
