Book an Appointment

Please select your service and preferred clinician to book online. All sessions are conducted via secure telehealth (video or phone).

  • 📄 Medicare rebates available with valid referral
  • 🕒 24 hours’ notice required for cancellations
  • 💳 Private and NDIS clients also welcome

Refer a Patient

Moonlit Consults accepts referrals for Psychology, Psychiatry, Neurology, Dietetics, and Integrative Medicine.
We welcome referrals from GPs, allied health professionals, and support coordinators.

Eligibility

  • ✔ Medicare referrals with Mental Health Treatment Plan accepted
  • ✔ NDIS (self-managed or plan-managed)
  • ✔ Private referrals – no GP referral needed

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We understand that things come up, and you may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. To ensure we can provide timely care to all clients, we ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you are unable to attend your session.

Late Cancellations

If you cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, a . This fee is not covered by Medicare, NDIS, or third-party payers.

Missed Appointments (No-Show)

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice will result in a full session fee. No-shows may also impact your ability to access future bookings.

Medicare Clients

Please note that Medicare does not fund missed appointments. If you are bulk billed under a Mental Health Care Plan and miss your session without notice, you may be charged a private fee.

NDIS Participants

For NDIS-funded clients, late cancellations or no-shows may be charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements if appropriate. This is in line with national NDIS guidelines.
